Dew-Point Transmitters and Displays
     
  Dew-Point Transmitters Michell's range of sensors allow for measurements of dew-point, moisture content and trace moisture in both gases and liquids. Intrinsically safe sensors and transmitters are available for use in hazardous areas.

Excess moisture causes damage to many processes - from corrosion of parts and growth of bacteria to formation of ice-crystals. Too much moisture in the wrong place at the wrong time can result in stoppages for un-scheduled maintenance, damage or loss of product or even dangerous reactions, depending on the application. Correct and reliable measurement of moisture is a key part of preventative maintenance.

Our moisture sensors and transmitters use ceramic impedence and polymer technologies, developed by our engineers to suit the appropriate application.

Long-term reliability with service options
We offer a sensor exchange programme for many of our sensors. Customers who sign up to this, can be assured of always having a calibrated sensor installed with minium shut-down times for maintainance.
