De Pura Plus is Michell Instruments´ antwoord op de laatste veranderingen in de wafer industrie wat betreft de grootte van het instrument en de specificaties bij het meten van vocht. Bij complexe distributiesystemen van UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas toepassingen kan de PURA PLUS op diverse meetpunten on-line worden ingezet. Kleine lekken , ontoereikend systeem ontwerp, component fouten of door koppelingen kan vocht in het systeem binnen dringen. PURA PLUS detecteert op snelle wijze (minder dan 1 minuut) op ppb niveau en werkt hierbij als een verkeerslicht.
