To compliment the Intrinsically Safe analysers and transmitters, AII have produced an Explosion-Proof range of oxygen analyzers with several variants capable of measuring from parts per billion (ppb) up to 25% O2. Featuring advanced galvanic trace sensors for parts per million (ppm) analysis with proven life times of up to 36 months in normal operation. Percent level analyzers have a life time of up to 32 months.

A zirconium-oxide analyzer to measure percentage levels (up to 25%) of oxygen in combustion gases (up to 700C). The sample is extracted via a 316 SS probe with an insertion length of nominally 435mm using the Pitot effect and returned to the flue without the need for aspirator air.

Designed to determine the excess air required for optimum combustion. Uses MSRS technology to measure oxygen levels in harsh conditions such as boilers, incinerators and furnaces, providing fast, accurate readings in high temperatures and corrosive atmospheres. The Pitot-effect sample probe negates the need for aspirator air in most applications.
