Met de gepatenteerde Pico-Ion zuurstofsensor biedt de PI2-UHP-50/100 PPB O2 analysator een lagere detectiegrens van minder dan 0,1 ppb, waardoor deze uitermate geschikt is voor kwaliteitscontroles van ultrahoog zuivere inerte gassen in de halfgeleiderindustrie.
