Dew-Point Transmitters

		Michell offers a wide range of Dew-point sensors and Dew-point transmitters capable of measuring moisture, humidity and dew-point in a wide range of applications and industries. Michell's sensors are developed using advanced ceramic moisture sensor technology. The principle of operation is quite simple. Operation of the sensor depends upon the absorption of water vapor into a porous non-conducting space between two layers built on top of a base ceramic substrate. The result of this means that the sensor responds very rapidly to change in applied moisture, both when being dried and when called into action if there is moisture ingress into a process.
